    Working Principle

Vacuum generated using the prime mover is used to convey material to a receiving hopper

Highly suitable for multipoint pick up & single point delivery As atmospheric dust is sucked in the system, there is no dusting at feed point. Hence
this system is recommended for fine, fluffy powder. Special feeding device is not required. Minimum particle degradation & breakage.

   
Vacuum Unloader

Vacuum Unloader is specially designed for Food, Pharmaceutical, Feeding of Plastic Chips in Extruder & works on the above-mentioned principle.

Vacuum Unloader is suitable for shorter distances, compact design, easy to maintain & operate. The whole unit is mounted on skid with Control Panel & available in M.S./ S.S.304 / S.S.316 Construction as per the requirement.

Vacuum unloader is available for conveying capacities upto 3 T/hr over product conveying distance upto 10 mtrs. The unit is easy to install & can be commissioned by providing power connection for pellet/ granular products & additional compressed air connection in case of powder conveying.

MEDIUM PRESSURE & HIGH PRESSURE ROTARY VALVES
 
Medium pressure Rotary Feeder is designed to discharge from Silos or Hoppers, solids in powder or granular form into Medium Pressure transport system.
 
Rotor with bevelled tips for powder.
 
Inbuilt deflectors in Inlet and Outlet for chips and pellets to avoid pellet damage.
 
Sealing of shaft by means of radial lip seals.
 
Restart of feeder in full material column.
 
Connection with plug for bearing purging.

Single tunnel diverter:
Application
The Single Tunnel Diverter Valve is designed to divert or combine in dilute or dense phase pneumatic transport of solids in powdery or granular form from one or two sources to two or one destinations.

Dual tunnel diverter:
Application
The dual tunnel diverter valve is designed to divert/combine from One/Two sources to Two/One destinations in dilute or dense phase pneumatic transport of solids in powder or granular form.

Temperature Range
Product: -25 upto 120 °C
Ambient: -10 upto 50 °C

 
 
 
VENTURY INJECTOR
 
Injector is used for pneumatic transport of granular and powdery solids, for suction of endless side cut taper and plastics strips in paper and plastic film industries, suction of fibre thread in fibre manufacturing industries and suction of fumes in spring manufacturing or in equivalent industries.

The function of injector is based on venturi effect. The high velocity injection of conveying air generates necessary vacuum for discharge and metering of solids into the injector. Coputer designed mixing chamber with subsequent diffuser section regains the energy to achieve maximum efficiency factor of installed energy and convey the product to its destination.
 
Self metering and self controlled application.
 
No plugging of transport line during pneumatic transport.
 
Lowest possible maintenance as no moving parts.
 
Also possible for abrasive material with special lining.
 
No over pressure build up and leakage at metering point.
 
 
 
SPECIAL WEAR RESISTENT BENDS
 
WR Bend is used for abrasion free diversion of dry, free flowing solids in a Pneumatic Conveying System.
 
It is highly efficient with long operation time.
 
Low pressure drops possible due to optimum geometric design.
 
It is abrasion resistant due to optimum wall thickness arrangement and formation of product bridge in the stream.
 
There is no contamination during change of product, as complete heap of product falls on stopping the air stream.

PELLET CLEANERS
 
Pellet cleaning system is used for separating fines and streamers from granular products, generated during the conveying procedure in a dilute phase pneumatic conveying system.
Pellet Cleaning system consists of:.

The product air mixture conveyed to the pellet cleaner is accelerated in the acceleration zone as they pass through an annular cross section. The product crossing is suddenly de-accelerated by the clean air flow to a great extent.
Fine particles along with streamers lose their kinetic energy and are passed on with the air flow while the heavier pellets cross the counterflow and are collected at the bottom
 
Separation of fine dust and streamers from the product without any difficulty
