UNBALANCE
WEIGHT VIBRO MOTORS |
| |
This
kind of vibro motors finds industrial applications
to either generate tremors i.e. micron level
vibrations in silos, bin discharge, promoting
material flow down chutes, ducts, etc. or for
large oscillations i.e. in several millimeters
amplitude for equipments such as feeders, conveyors,
spiral elevators, screens, vibratory tables,
etc. |
| |
 |
Optimized
design leads to efficient and fullest conversion
of rated electrical input into vibration power. |
|
 |
| |
 |
Increased centrifugal force values and
greater spread all across the range. |
| |
 |
It has a high ratio of centrifugal force
to machine weight. This is a feature of
great value for mechanical stability of
driven machinery. |
| |
 |
High ratio of force to overall size representing
most compact design. |
| |
 |
New finned construction for highly enhanced
heat dissipation giving the motor vibrators
an unmatched electrical overload capacity. |
| |
 |
Sturdy yet light frame constructed in
shock resistant ductile metals of most
appropriate grades duly heat-treated and
seasoned for strength and geometrical
stability. |

PNEUMATICALLY
OPERATED PISTON TYPE VIBRATOR |
| |
Piston
Vibrators are used for all applications requiring
"Linear Pulsating Force" for promoting
material flow from small hoppers, down feed
pipes & chutes and as primemovers for screens,
feeders compaction and testing table etc. |
| |
 |
Inexpensive,
Easy to install & maintenance free device. |
| |
 |
Totally flame proof - ideal for fire hazard
areas. |
| |
 |
Self-cooling - suitable even for hot ambient
conditions. |
| |
 |
Unaffected by dust, dirt, moisture and even splashing
water. |
|
 |

BALL
TYPE & TURBINE TYPE VIBRATORS |
| |
Ball
type vibrators are essentially ingenious inversion
of well known "Peristaltic" pump.
Here fluid drives a rotor, compressed air spinning
a ball at high speed, which produces "Centrifugal
Force", a rotating vector, to impart vibrations
to the object on which vibrator is mounted. |
| |
 |
It
is an inexpensive and maintenance free device. |
| |
 |
It’s
small, compact and light weight for ease of handling
& installation. |
|
 |
| |
 |
Most silent amongst competing devices
in comparable price range. |
| |
 |
Unaffected by splashing water, dusty surroundings
and environments of certain chemicals. |
| |
 |
Hermetically sealed to suit hazard areas. |
| |
 |
Suitable for steamy and warm surroundings
up to 90 °C temperature. |
| |
 |
Facilitates fingertip control of vibration
frequency & amplitude - a feature
of great value to work close to resonance
condition for best results at minimal
power consumption. |
