- High-Capacity Conveying for Silo Filling: A pneumatic conveying system was engineered for silo loading operations, enabling efficient transfer of Soya Flour & DORB from feeding points to storage silos. The system ensures continuous conveying with flexible routing.
- Storage Silos with anti-bridging systems: Multiple silos of various capacities for Soya Flour, DORB & their respective derivatives. Each silo is equipped with suitable flow aiding mechanisms for ensuring mass flow and preventing arching/rat-holing and Vent Filters for dust-free air separation. This design ensures reliable storage, consistent discharge, and clean plant operation.
- Robust Silo to Process to Silo Transfer System: Multiple conveying systems in either pressure or vacuum configuration, as applicable, are provided for controlled unloading & reloading of silos for feeding & collecting to & from various process equipment including milling, blending, fermentation, drying, etc. This ensures uniform material flow, stable process conditions, and accurate feeding rates.
- Weighing & batching: A screw feeder based accurate weighing & batching system was installed for feeding material into different blenders. This enables precision in material feeding, ensuring consistent batch preparation.
- High efficiency blenders: Various technologies and types of blenders are installed at various stages of the process integrated with a dedusting filter.
