Customer Requirement:

Turnkey execution including design & engineering, manufacturing, supply installation & commissioning of pneumatic conveying systems for handling raw materials such as calcite and bentonite based powders & additive powders as well as handling well mixed final products and packing into 25 kg bags.

System Design Basis:
Type of conveying: Multiple lines of dense phase type pneumatic conveying system
Conveying System Solid Throughput/Capacity: 2 TPH to 5 TPH (tons per hour)
Conveying Distance (m): Upto 40 meters

Solutions we offered:

  • Bag dump station with integrated vibrating screen & dedusting arrangement for handling 25 kg and 50 kg bags
  • Multiple lines of dense phase vacuum type powder transfer systems of capacity 2 to 5 TPH for charging into multiple conical screw mixers of different capacities with conveying distance of 40 meters.
  • Load cell based system for measurement of batch weight.
  • Multiple IBC (Intermediate Bulk Containers) to store final product with sampling system from the outlet of the conical screw mixers.
  • Automatic IBC jacking system to interface with dense phase vacuum type powder transfer system for final product.
  • Multiple lines of dense phase vacuum type powder transfer systems for final product of capacity 4 TPH for transferring into multiple bagging lines.
  • Multiple semi-automatic bagging lines for packing the final product into open mouth 25 kg bags with sealing & stitching arrangement on belt conveyor.
  • De-dusting system for complete powder handling automation system.
  • Control panel with SCADA for single point plant operations.
