The SlitMaster Automatic Bag Slitter Machine is expertly engineered to streamline the process of opening and emptying various bag types containing powdery or granular materials. Designed to handle bags that contain dusty or even harmful powders in nature, this machine operates within a fully enclosed system, effectively preventing atmospheric contamination. Its compact design integrates an infeed conveyor, a bag emptying chamber, an optional dust control unit, a vibrating mesh screen and a waste bag disposal system, ensuring seamless and safe operation.
The machine is engineered for high throughput, capable of slitting and emptying 2 to 3 bags per minute. The slitting speed and conveyor speed are both adjustable, allowing operators to optimize the machine's performance based on specific operational needs. The system ensures an emptying efficiency of 99.5% to 99.9%, which minimizes material loss and maximizes productivity.
The machine operates on a 3-phase, 415V AC, 50Hz power supply with a total power consumption of 3.7 kW.
It is designed for easy maintenance, with accessible panels and modular components that simplify regular upkeep and
minimize downtime.
While the SlitMaster is powerful, it also has an extremely compact footprint in its base configuration, measuring just 2500mm (L) x 1600mm (W) x 2500mm (H) with a weight of approximately 1600 kg. This makes it suitable for installation in various industrial environments where space may be limited.
The SlitMaster is a high-performance solution for industries requiring efficient and safe bag slitting and emptying. It can handle bags with dimensions up to 1000 mm length, up to 500 mm width & up to 200 mm height. Its advanced design, combined with user-friendly controls and robust construction, makes it an essential tool for enhancing productivity and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
