High-Performance Vertical Mixers for Industrial Applications

Space Saving. Homogeneous Mixing. Reliable Performance.

Vertical process mixers consist of a vertical cylindrical vessel equipped with a rotating mixing element mounted on a single vertical shaft.
The vertical configuration enables material lifting and gravitational recirculation, resulting in effective mixing with a smaller installation footprint.

Material is continuously lifted upward by the mixing element and allowed to flow downward along the vessel walls, creating vertical circulation of particles.

Types of Vertical Process Mixers Offered:
Type Ribbon Type Paddle Type
Mixing Principle A centrally mounted helical ribbon lifts materials from the bottom along the cone wall and central channel to the top surface.

Materials cascade back by gravity, creating efficient vertical multi-circulation.

Close clearance creates shear to break clumps and ensure uniform mixing.

Full wall coverage prevents stagnant zones.
• Lifts materials from bottom to top ensuring complete turnover

• Operates at controlled speed (~100 rpm) to create fluidization zone

• Ideal for delicate products requiring gentle handling
Application • Polymer raw material mixing

• Chemical powder blending

• Mineral powder processing

• Food ingredient mixing
• Powder blending

• Food ingredient mixing

• Chemical powders

• Cosmetic powders

• Pigments
