Sequence of Operation

1.Bag Loading via Conveyor

Bags containing powder or granular materials are manually placed onto the infeed conveyor, which delivers them to the cutting chamber.

2.Bag Transfer to Cutting Unit

The conveyor moves the bags into the twin cutting roller section, where each bag is precisely aligned for the cutting operation.

3.Precision Bag Cutting

4.Rotating Drum Discharge

Once cut, the material falls into a rotating drum, which ensures complete emptying of the bag by gently tumbling and shaking out any remaining powder or granules.

5. De-dusting Operation

During discharge, any dust generated is extracted through an integrated dust filtration system. This includes a high-efficiency filter and blower that captures airborne particles.

6.Screening & Discharge

The material then passes through a vibrating sieve (optional) for de-lumping, before being discharged through a Rotary Valve (RAV) into the downstream process.

7. Empty Bag Compaction

The now fully emptied bags are automatically directed to a bag compactor, which compresses them into a manageable volume for easy disposal or recycling
